I have to say your composition is pretty good, but the top of the wing and the feathers are almost tangent to the border and generally you want a little space in between.

Figure looks really good. You keep improving on proportions and depth in your drawings every time I see them. His face and hair look very believable. The jacket may be a bit flat, but it looks good none-the-less. Line quality keeps getting better and better, but the line of the chin is a tad dark. I would suggest making the line at it's darkest at the point of the chin instead of on the sides. Usually darker parts are what you want the viewer to look at, so the sides of the face make it a little distracting.
